AFP Calgary & Area New Membership Discount
The Discounted Amount is 50% of an "Active Membership" is provided by the AFP Calgary & Area Chapter Education Fund.
Background:
This funding opportunity grants a new AFP Active Membership applicant a 50% discount on their first year’s membership fees.
Goal:
To increase membership in AFP of staff of grassroots organizations who may find the membership fees otherwise restrictive.
Criteria:
Applicant must:
1. Be applying for an Active Membership as defined by the Membership Invitation.
2. Represent a grassroots organization with an operating budget of less than $1 million dollars.
3. Complete a written application form for the discount, clearly stating the reasons for applying, demonstrating the need for funding, and outlining the benefits to both the applicant’s organization and to the applicant individually, of becoming a member of AFP.
After becoming an "Active" member a New Membership Discount form will be forwarded to you in your Welcome package.
